We observed that teams that tweak aspects of our existing business models rebuild Business Model Canvas (BMC) for those from scratch. This is a waste of time. We therefore mapped our existing business models in this copy and paste library. So, whenever you work on a new business idea (and your teams has a hard time to think radically enough) spare yourself the time and thinking effort and take a shortcut: copy and paste the business model you will only slightly change and go about your changes.
